2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Contact and identity details: name, business name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number.
• Order and payment details: products ordered, order history, invoices. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
• Account details: login details, saved addresses, wishlist and compare lists.
• Trade and subscription details: company details, VAT number and, where you apply for credit or a subscription, information needed for identity and credit checks.
• Communications: messages you send through the contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp.
• Technical details: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies (see section 7).

3. How we use your information and why

• To process, deliver and invoice your orders and manage your account. Legal basis: contract.

5. Who we share your information with

We share information only where needed, with:

• couriers and delivery partners

• Google (for example Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center) [delete if not used]
• accountants, professional advisers, insurers, and authorities where the law requires.

These organisations only receive what they need and must protect it.

6. International transfers

Some providers (for example Google or PayPal) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as adequacy decisions or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
