Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order. This policy applies to both trade customers and consumers.

1. Consumers: Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, and you then have a further 14 days to return them to us. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may reject them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return costs. This does not affect your other statutory rights.

3. Trade Customers

Trade customers buying for business purposes may return goods within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging and suitable for resale. Suede and leather re-clean returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept: perishable goods, personalised or custom-made items, and sale or clearance items.

5. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us by phone or email.
2. Give your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Wait for approval and instructions. Please do not send goods back before approval.

6. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the goods, we will confirm whether the return is approved. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Return Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty or incorrect goods. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

8. Lost or Delayed Orders

Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 4 working days. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
