We aim to make ordering simple and reliable. This page explains how we deliver your order, how long it takes and what it costs.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Times

Orders are normally delivered within 3 to 4 working days of being placed. We dispatch and deliver Monday to Friday only. We do not dispatch or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays, so orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Charges start from £4.95 plus VAT for orders up to 5 kg. The exact charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no hidden costs.

4. Collection from Our Warehouse

You may also collect your order from our warehouse in Slough at no delivery charge.

• We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
• Collection is available Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

5. Tracking Your Order

Orders are sent through our trusted courier partners. [If you provide tracking: we will email you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.]

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your goods on delivery. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within [7] days of delivery. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

7. Large or Special Orders

For bulk, heavy or special orders, please contact our sales team and we will be happy to advise on the best delivery arrangement.
